Hua Nam Restaurant

This restaurant has stood still with time. The last time i came was a decade ago but everything seemed to be still the same. 

I ordered at the counter for siew mai, hai Gor and fried carrot cake at the counter. They re-steamed it and delivered to my table quickly.

All these dim sum have got an old school feel. I had tasetd the best dim sum during my Hong Kong trips so these might not be the best tasting but i enjoyed it. My favourite has to be the fried carrot cake. It was slightly oily but still have the slight crisp outside and moist within. I could even taste a bit of shredded radish in it. 

It might not be the best tasting dim sum but i would not mind coming by if i happen to be in the vicinity.
