Comforting Dinner at Tian Wai Tian Fish Head Steamboat

An comforting dinner. This is supposedly to be an outlet of the famous fish head steamboat. I tried the main branch once and expecting the same good standard from this one.

The must have is the fish head steamboat. There are 3 different types of fish serve in 3 different types of sizes. We decided to go with the Song Fish Head at the smallest serving at $16 together with the small portion of Fried Prawn Paste Chicken at $9 and the Salted Egg Pork Ribs at $12.

Generous pieces of fish head were served along with an equally good portion of white cabbage and bits of yam. The serving staff came over to top up the soup after we started eating.

The Salted Egg Pork Ribs was amongst one of the nicest one that i ever eaten. Though the presentation might not be as appetising as it seems a little dry but the taste and texture was pretty impressive. The best part is these pieces of meat were boneless unlike most of those out there. This is definitely a must try dish.

The Prawn Paste Chicken was pretty good too. It was nicely marinated then perfectly fried to give it the desired taste.

It was an enjoyable dinner.
