This humble Western food stall started on 5 October 2015 in Yishun before moving to this coffee shop in Ang Mo Kio Central on 2 July 2016, the current location is just a stone's throw away from the Ang Mo kio MRT station.
Their menu is pretty extensive from all-day breakfast, burgers, pasta dishes and interesting options for mains like Grilled Cajun Chicken, Grilled Miso Pork Loin, Grilled Garlic Pork Collar, Australian Grain Fed Sirlion Steak and so on. Most of their sides are made fresh, their selection for hot sides include Mashed Potato, Cauliflower Cream Cheese, Mac & Cheese, Fried Rice, Aglio Olio and Shoestring Fries. The selection for cold sides consist Cherry Tomatoes, Potato & Egg Salad, Tuna Salad, Coleslaw and Romaine Lettuce.

There are only 2 options for burger on their menu, the Chops! Crispy Pork Burger and Chops! Signature Beef Burger, both are at $10.90 each and it is served along with 2 choices of hot sides or cold sides. I decided to go with the Pork burger and wanted to have it with Aglio Olio and Cauliflower Cream Cheese.
I waited for about 10 minutes before the pager buzzed. The Pork Burger consists of a rather thick pork patty with a fried egg, a piece of cheese as well as slices of bacon together with tomato and lettuce then garnished with their special sauce. The lightly marinated pork patty was grilled perfectly to a desired crispiness and served with lightly toasted buns. It was nice but the 2 hot sides were tastier particularly the Aglio Olio. The spaghetti was cooked just right and stir-fried with oil, garlic and herbs. The Cauliflower Cream Cheese was an equally good selection as well.
I also tasted their Grilled Cajun Chicken for $7.90 and it is served with 2 choices of hot sides or cold sides and i decided to go with Coleslaw and Potato & Egg Salad. When i collected it, i was a bit surprised to see that the chicken chop was presented in a few pieces rather than in a whole piece. It was chargrilled to a slight crisp without compromising on its tenderness. It was served along with a bowl of tasty brown sauce but i would prefer to have it without as i felt the sauce did not enhance its taste further.
The 2 cold sides that came along was quite well-done and served in big portion too. The Coleslaw is made of shredded red cabbage and carrot, it has a refreshing lemon taste which i liked. The Potato & Egg Salad has few slices of thinly sliced cucumber and bacon bits in it, it was not bad.
I also ordered their Cream of Mushroom Soup for $1.90. Though it stated Soup of the Day & Garlic Bread for that price on a poster hung at their stall but it was not served with Garlic Bread which got me to wonder why. Perhaps they have forgotten so? or it is not meant to be served with Garlic Bread but it just means the Garlic Bread is available for that price too? The taste was just fine though.
I am glad they have moved from Yishun to Ang Mo Kio, which is much nearer to where i stay and they are definitely amongst the better Western food hawker stalls around, i will definitely be dropping by quite often.
